Phase I: Discovery
Analyze and develop brand and product strategy, competitive landscape and determine product roadmap across various platforms and devices

Phase II: Information Architecture
Develop various unique concepts that address overall branding, navigational paradigms, spacial navigational metaphors, information design, typography and overall graphic elements.

Phase III: Conceptual Design
Develop various unique concepts that address overall branding, navigational paradigm and spacial navigational metaphors, information design, typography and overall graphic elements.

Phase IV: Design Development
Design and develop the entire experience across platforms. Create rapid prototypes and full interactive demo’s to ensure ease of use and simplicity of access to content and services.

Phase V: Style Guide and User Experience Documentation
Develop Style Guides and/or User Experience documentation to facilitate implementation. May also develop technical specifications documents, if needed.

Phase VI: User Experience Testing
Create various prototypes as well as strategy and process for testing the user experience with various target audiences.
