Stephanie brings unprecedented experience in content, technology and distribution platforms, and brings tremendous knowledge and strategic thinking to Brainstorm Communications and its clients. Over the past 15 years, Stephanie has lead design and development across numerous platform for companies including Showtime, HBO, Philip Morris, Cablevision, Cox Communications, Cisco, Hillcrest, TiVo, DIRECTV, SeaChange, Time Warner, ABC, TV Guide, Sprint, Charter and others.

Prior to Brainstorm, Stephanie was the Executive Director Media & Entertainment for FutureBrand Los Angeles, a leading brand consultancy, where she was responsible for the global competency in integrated solutions and emerging media platforms.

In 1996 Stephanie was recruited to start the Interactive & Convergent Media Group for Pittard Sullivan, a global marketing communications company. As the Executive Vice President, she was responsible for the successful product launches and branding initiatives for major media and entertainment clients around the world.

Brainstorm has received numerous awards for graphic design including 5 Emmy Awards and numerous other awards for user interface and graphic design across various platforms.
Michael Onaitis • Creative / Principal

Michael leads the entire creative vision for Brainstorm and its clients. With over 15 years of award-winning broadcast design and specific expertise in information graphics, Michael brings a new level of innovation and creativity to his focus on emerging media platforms, including Interactive & Enhanced Television as well as broadband and narrowband platforms.

Over the past 12 years, Michael has specialized in developing cutting edge solutions. As a pioneer in Interactive Television, Michael was the lead information designer on such projects as Time Warner ‘s Full Service Network “Carousel”, Time Warner’s “Pegasus”, TiVo’s Personal Video Recording service, Intertainer’s Entertainment on Demand service, WebTV Networks Instant News, DIRECTV’s full service digital platform and others.

Michael has been touted for his expertise in complex information graphics, branding, design and on-air promotions. , including the CBS Sports / Winter Olympics packages for 1992 in Albertville, 1994 in Lillehammer and 1998 in Nagano, Japan, in which he won 3 Emmy Awards and the Judges Choice and Gold awards from the Broadcast Design Association. He has also won 2 Interactive Television Emmy’s for the User Experience for TiVo and Showtime.
